Help Improve Minnesota Housing Programs: Homeowner Feedback Requested
Our Agency has set up a workgroup to improve the Rehabilitation Loan Program and the Emergency & Accessibility Loan Program. This is part of Minnesota Housing’s larger effort to make our programs easier to use and more accessible, as outlined in our 2024–2027 Strategic Plan.
Our goal is to find practical, helpful changes based on real feedback from the people we serve. We have already gathered input from staff, lenders and borrowers. Now we want to hear directly from homeowners whose households include people with disabilities, and whose perspectives are important although often not considered.
We would appreciate your help in connecting with homeowners who may want to participate. Please feel free to share the invitation below:
Minnesota Housing is looking for feedback from homeowners whose households include people with disabilities to help improve the Rehabilitation Loan Program and Emergency & Accessibility Loan Program.
As part of our 2024–2027 Strategic Plan efforts, Minnesota Housing launched a workgroup in late 2025 to make these programs more accessible, easier to use and better aligned with the needs of the people we serve.
We invite you to share your experiences in a one‑on‑one, 45‑minute interview at a time that works best for you. Your feedback will directly guide future program improvements.
